Last year's Team Hope participation in the Big House Big Heart event was a great success and great fun. Team Hope raised over $25,000 to directly support the important work of Hope Clinic. The success was due in large part to numerous Squad Leaders that helped coordinate teams in their churches, work places or other organizations.

The role of a Squad Leader is critically important but not too difficult.
Your primary role is:

• to organize a squad to participate in the Big House Big Heart event and
• to encourage each squad member to raise donations for Hope. We hope each squad will have 6 to 10 participants and that each participant can raise at least $150 in donations.

• Receipts
• Tips for fund raising

• Gathering your squad of runners, walkers or wheelers.
• Encouraging them to start getting donations.
• Make sure your participants are signed up for the race. This can be done online at www.bighousebigheart.com
• Make sure your squad members register with Team Hope.
• We need an update on donations to date on August 19, September 9 and September 30 so we can report our progress to. All donations are due October 9!
