Free Meals
Hope Clinic serves free meals in the Ypsilanti Salvation Army Building on Saturdays and Sundays. The hot meal program utilizes volunteers of all ages to help cook, serve and clean up.

Meals are served from 5:00 - 6:00 pm on Saturday and Sunday. No I.D. or proof of income required, diners sign in to receive their meal.

Food Bank
Emergency groceries are distributed by appointment on Wednesday and Friday afternoons and Saturday morning at the Hope Center. A household is eligible to receive emergency groceries once every two months. Most of the food given out is donated by individuals, churches, community organizations, and businesses or received from Food Gatherers.

- Call Hope Center to set up a food appointment.
You must have an appointment to receive food. - Food is given out from Hope Center
- Wednesday and Friday afternoons between 2 and 4:30 pm on and
- Saturdays from 11 am to 1 pm.
- You must bring picture I.D. to receive your food order.
- To help:
- Donations of non-perishable food, especially foods high in protein, are always welcome. Find more information on how to organize a collection.
- Volunteers can sort and stock food in the Food Bank, prepare bags for distribution, greet and serve our clients. For more information, contact Melissa Burkhart, Food Programs Coordinator, at 734-484-2989, ext 215.
